Descrição
• Enforce the usage of Bulletin of Measurement (BM) forms are used by service providers;
• Expedite suppliers to submit BMs and provide guidance on how to fill out forms whenever necessary;
• Receive from suppliers the BM dully filled out and review information. Approve if information is accurate or request correction;
• Liaise with Planners or Department Leads on service execution, to confirm information (manpower quantity, dates, scope, etc.);
• Check if values are charged as per Purchase Orders (PO) and Contracts in place;
• Check Purchase Order (PO) balance and coordinate PO revision if necessary;
• Liaise with Operations Managers/Engineers and Department Managers to understand if PO will need to be extended for a longer period so service can be completed;
• In case of PO revisions, supporting documentation must be attached to the PO for approval;
• Expedite approval of PO revisions and submit PO Revision to vendors once fully approved;
• Instruct vendors on Invoice issuance if necessary.
Requisitos
Specific skills / expertise / product:
• University Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management / Business Management;
• Minimum 1 year's experience in Procurement;
• Familiar with purchasing regulations and legislation in country;
• Familiar with purchasing systems and MS applications;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changes in priorities.
